The Challenge
A large HOA community in Bethesda had accumulated grime on shared walkways, the community pool deck, and parking structures. Residents had raised concerns about appearance and slip hazards, and the board needed professional cleaning before a major community event.
Our Approach
We coordinated with the HOA management to schedule work over two consecutive weekends, minimizing disruption to residents. Surface cleaning addressed high-traffic walkways while specialized treatment was applied to the pool deck to restore its appearance without damaging the surface.
